Counter Notification

If you believe your material was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notification. Notices and counter notifications need to meet the then-current statutory requirements imposed by the DMCA. Notices and counter notifications with respect to StudentVentures must be sent in writing to our Copyright Agent.

Repeat Infringers

StudentVentures may terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
